It you ever get bored with the same old breakfasts then here’s some tasty inspiration from SexyPaleoFood on YouTube with a quick and easy paleo breakfast chocolate smoothie recipe which uses avocado and coconut milk to give body and nourishment…

The ingredients used on the video are:

  • Avocado
  • Coconut milk (1 can)
  • Cocoa or cacao powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Coconut flour (2 tablespoons)
  • Macademia nuts and walnuts (for Omega 3)
  • Dates (or date spread) as sweetener (honey as an alternative)
  • Water and ice

Perhaps not the lowest carb of options but all good stuff and a quick and tasty option.
